Can you claim a +1 for a raid in a war if one team fails to show up after agreeing to coming to a specified time Asking because someone thinks that we cant claim a win because they didnt show up at the time we specified even after we warned them 24 hours before and they said 'sure'. PS: His excuse was the classic 'I have a life and dont want to be playing virtual games' even after agreeing on the schedule lmao

If it is in the War terms that a Win is awarded for no-shows, then yes, you can. With proof.
