▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ OFFICE OF THE GOVERNOR OF FIRESTONE August 26th, 2017 ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ WEEKLY ADDRESS #2 ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ My fellow citizens: It catches me off guard how much we can get done, just as one state, in seven days -- it's for that reason that I type up these addresses to inform you all on just some of what has been completed, particularly to what may pertain to most of you. Within the past week, we've followed up on our promise on keeping members of our Cabinet and Subcabinet up to par: with weekly briefings and high expectations that raise the standards unlike before, we truly know that our governmental employees are putting forth their best effort in executing their duties. I have issued two new Executive Orders, numbered #20 and #21. The first order ensures that citizens of our state - and only citizens - are able to hold any sort of employment under the Executive Branch, including its departments and other entities; whereas the latter puts into place a provision for recognizing "acting" directors and agency/department heads, for a time where one is yet to be confirmed or not available. For the first time in our history, we will be sending an Ambassador of our own to another state. Zerthus has been designated to said duty, a Firestone militarical and law enforcement veteran with great knowledge of diplomacy and statesmanship, who will be representing us and our interests over in the State of Fairview. I have no less than full faith in his abilities to do so. Speaking of designations - we’ve gotten a Secretary of Health, whose name is LostInfinity, carrying the responsibility of legitimately setting up the regulations and processes for the hospital that is located within StapIeton County. The Department of Health will be working very closely with the StapIeton County Fire Department and other governmental entities to ensure that our medical services are at their best, always. A certain promise I’ve made is to keep the citizens updated on what is going on under the Executive Branch and government as a whole to where my eyes can reach. I’ve begun to do that with these weekly addresses, and I plan to further this through my several issues of the State of ("the State") Address. The Constitution mandates the State of Address at least every two months, yet I intend to go one step further: by doing it every month. I will be giving my first sort of this address within the House of Representatives chamber of our State Capitol building tomorrow, Sunday 8/27/17 at 3:00 PM Eastern Time. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Regards, Rolerain Governor of Firestone
