The Firestone Department of Transportation shall suspend all Academy Enrollment and stop taking department applications for the time being. This shall be to funnel through the trainees which currently reside within the department. All trainees shall have until Saturday, September 2nd, to gain full employment within the department or they'll be removed accordingly.
After we've funnelled through our trainees, the Academy limit will reside at maximum of fifteen (15) members at any given point. This shall be set to restore control of department trainees and ensure that all trainees are given fair employment opportunities and ensure all trainees shall be given fair educational experiences.
