So I redid this because the first one had some errors.
This is The Top Tier Leaders list for the entirety of the Summer of 2017, not before.
Please keep in mind that this list consists of leaders who have made their mark in the Sword Clan Community during anytime of this past Summer.
Those on this list have been chosen, considering the following criteria:
• Does excellently strategy wise.
• Contributes to their group in all aspects.
• Shows a wide-ranged skillset.
• Makes decisions that benefit their clan by gaining members, winning wars, and gaining developers.
• Makes their own clan look better through their own actions.
• Handles themselves effectively in many situations.
• Leads intelligently.
• Revives a Clan's strength in times of hardship, via tech and know-how.
• Is/Was a group High Rank during Summer 2017.
If you are not on this list you are either not yet recognized or have been banned from an official Community.

Way too many SCR on this list, Winterfall, Isotomic, and Inclamtion... Nothing against them but they haven't proven themselves as real leaders from just being in SCR. Inclam is in RL at the moment leading there but they haven't taken the next step and actually become a good clan, mediocre at best. Winter is a good HR for SCR but has said it himself that he isnt a good leader in raids and defenses. Isotomic has been HR in SCR for maybe a month and this month was probably the lowest SCR has been all summer, still a powerhouse but by far end of july/ beginning of august was a low for SCR this summer.

@Exal, If you read up on the SCC we were wrongfully blacklisted, and unblacklisted the same week. We were blacklisted from things that we have no control over and members who are not apart of our group anymore.
