Might be Fallout 3ish
In 2015 war started necular missles fired and made alot of Earth unhabitable,in 2016 Bunkers and vaults.These were where people lived.Mutants and other beasts where alived after the necular fallout,4 races the Orglags,Trisors,Humans,Branchians.These races fought each other.The most populated with no radation was Verceia owned by Humans and Orglags.Now your one of these races.Travel the world,do quests,fight and more.Its bascally free play.Must have armor on to leave a vault or bunker if human.
Also money is gold.

I eat some ceral and leave.I grab my weapons and then get a new suit.The suit is for radation and is good armor made by tough crystal.I go out on walking and see a few people trying to make a transport. |

i saw a raider,i shot him in the stomach,he stumbled back,oviously using jugernut armor,i shot him several more times,this time,he finally died with a shot to the head,i reload,and put on his juggernaut armor |

I killed some monsters outside the vault trying toattack the people.They asked me to get them some parts and they'll pay me 200 gold.I went to find it.I got 1 part by scouting ruins. |
