"Adding a team won't kill jobs and if you did go to LV you would see that DoT is innactive. "
It will kill jobs. These transport companies always tend to have a lack of strong leadership that knows what its doing. I've been employed at both of them.
"Adding private companies give more opportunities"
I don't argue against this. I am definitely for expanding private-sector jobs and privatizing aspects of government, I'm a Libertarian. The thing is, with transport, it just doesn't work. The companies end up destroying themselves or not living up to their potential.
"when I joined NUSA I started as a DoT... "
Good for you. As did I, in the USM also.
"These little job are good to start and are also a good side job for many people. I know you may hate this because you're a Republican conservative that dosen't like change but considere that NUSA is now 170k members + we really do need more jobs"
Transport jobs are good to start off with. I started at all three of our transport companies/departments. Only one was a pleasurable experience. I agree with Republican views, and Republican views would actually say to go forward with this. Ohriginal is a Republican, but the thing is, my experience in transport tells me this would fail miserably.
"Annyway know there is bad managements in certain companies but is up to the Congress and DoC to regulate them because LVCC cannot do anything unless removing there team. "
If we'd have to regulate and bail a failing company, then we should probably remove that unnecessary step: which is having the company in the first place. As I said, waste of resources, we should be focusing on reviving DoT if anything.
"P.S I don't want to be rude but you lack of experience in NUSA as you seem new into this considering you're jobs me I was here for over 3 years I know a lot about NUSA and I know this is ncessessary. "
For somebody who fights for the "working class", you sure seem to think their opinions don't matter. By the way, my jobs right now are in the Department of the Treasury and the Federal Protective Service. Those are not bad jobs, or even low-end jobs. A Bus Service would actually be a low-end job, and when the management inevitably fails, it will be a bad job.
