My name is Sin, I am uno of the owners here at Dusk Cafe! And here at Dusk we want everyone to have a safe, and unique experience. And of course to be safe we have some rules of our own! Such as the examples down below.

-Be kind to everyone, including HR's, MR's, etc.
-Don't troll, if you do it will result in a kick, or possible ban.
-If a fight is to bestow us, we will give both parties a warning.

As for rankings, it's pretty simple. If our HR's see you being kind, helpful, and of course doing your best work, then you will be ranked up. As for applications and interviews-Our application center is a WIP and will be finished within a few weeks or months, and with interviews you can only attend if your a trainee-Security, any higher and you will be considered assisting, but as you rank up it will indeed get harder to get ranked.
And how we run things, it's slightly different-We accept anyone with safe chat, and we believe anyone of any age is capable of learning responsibility, but we will be watching to make sure that you use grammar, and have a good attitude, or else it will result in a demotion. You may take a break from the group, but it will require you to work double-time to recover. If we pay our workers, that'll be in a long time because currently, we have no funds what so ever. But, I hope you enjoy your coffee!
