this isnt a trader subforum.. and id suggest doing stuff in real clans before actually trying to lead one. get hr in a few popular super clans and stay active for a while then make a clan of your own I wonder what grenades taste like | Devin

Time has a point. The best way for you to see how to run a successful clan is to join one and take a look at what they do correctly. It can also give you some connections which might come in handy down the road if you're looking for people you know are good officers, or developers.

Actually you need a better ranking system. Here is one, ROMAN NUMERALS!!! :D use those also do normal ranks like if its sparta do helots (slaves) hoplites (pretty much a militia) elite soldiers officers generals economics managers (when you start investing and doing business) and blah blah
