This is mainly used as a guide for the HRs, although the lower ranks may view it to know how they can get promoted.

Privet (1 Training (Side note; if they get 3 active members in the group they get an extra promo))
Lance Caporel (2 Trainings)
Caporel (2 Trainings)
Sergent (3 Trainings)
Premier Sergent (2 Trainings BUT those trainings have to be within 3 days of eachother, if not then they have to attend 4 trainings)
~~----------------------Middle Ranks------------------------~~
Adjujant (4 Trainings, two of those trainings MUST be within 3 days of eachother to be promoted, along with one Recruitment session for the time in between those trainings. Must be in this rank for at least 4 days)
Sous Leutnant (4 or 5 Trainings, depending on how the HRs feel the person is progressing, there must be two recruitment sessions in between the trainings which they attend. Must be in this rank for at least 5 days)
Premier Leutnant (6 Trainings, half of the trainings must be within 3 days of eachother, there must be one recruitment session for every two trainings this person attends. Must be in this rank for at least 7 days)
Capitane (8 Trainings, no more of the trainings must be within a certain number of days with eachother, although they must also host one training themselves with an HR watching, and must host one patrol. They must host their own recruitment sessions, they must be active in this group, this is for the HR to decide on their activity. They are candidates for the OTP, an HR must recommend them. Must be in this rank for at least 7 days)
Majeur (Official NCO unless the HR doesn't feel they are ready for the OTP, in which they will have to attend a training every other day, or at least try, until the HR decides they are ready. They will go by OTP rules to be promoted)

OTP Rules will be determined depending on Members, Activity of those in the OTP, and how better to make sure the group will be able to sustain itself.
HRs will be promoted based on when me or the HC thinks they deserve it
HCs will be promoted through absolute loyalty, activity, etc.
