“The Seven Kingdoms” War Laws Credit: Sobering, Impperial, Shiroweeb, Pandxra Basic Rules -Only members of official houses are permitted to participate in wars. -A Coordinator MUST be informed of the war through DMs on Discord. The Coordinator will, upon approving the war, declare the war on behalf of the Lord in both the Discord announcements and the group shout. Failure to abide by these rules will result in a voided war and the Lord will be held responsible. -Each side has one week to prepare for the war after declaration from a Coordinator. -A Grace Period is one week long. If you are caught with rebellious intentions during this time, the Crown has the right to choose if they want to execute you for treason. -You can only be in one official house at a time. If you are found to be in more than one house, you will be exiled from the Seven Kingdoms. -Your house may only be in one genre at a time. If you are caught participating in multiple genres with the same house, your house will be removed, your ranks will be stripped, and you will be exiled from the Seven Kingdoms. Officialty Wars -Information: If your house has at least 20 non-botted members but there is already that particular house in the genre, you can war them for officiality as long that house does not hold a Lord Paramount position or is the Crown house. Small Councilmen (including the Hand of the King) can be warred for officiality (as long as they don't hold LP) to prevent the King from ranking people to keep their houses from being warred. Cadet branches are allowed entry into the genre without having to war for officiality. For example, both Baratheon of Storm’s End and Baratheon of Dragonstone are permitted into the genre at one time. What you may NOT do is make houses that don't exist, for example, a House La#########f the Riverlands, to get around the officiality rules. If two houses hold claim to the same keep, for example House Targaryen of Dragonstone and House Baratheon of Dragonstone, the one who held the keep first will retain it. However, should they fall inactive, the keep can be handed off to a new house. -War Setup: First to 3 No other house participation besides those warring for officiality -If you WIN: Your house becomes recognized as official in the genre and you may begin roleplaying -If you LOSE: Your house is removed from the genre and you may attempt again with another house Paramouncy Wars -Information: If a Lord has an official house and wishes to hold said house’s region, he may do so. All houses may only war for their respective regions. For example, House Arryn may only stay in the Vale. Crownlands houses are permitted to choose whatever region they want, however once choosing said region they must stay there. For example, if Targaryen is in the Reach, they may not participate in LP wars in other regions, or move to another region to war for Lord Paramountcy. Houses may ONLY hold ONE REGION at a time. The exception to this is the Crown house, which can hold both the Crownlands and one other region (with said region typically being the one they used to get Lord Paramount). -War Rules: First to 3 Houses within the region may assist. No outside-of-region help -If you WIN: Your house gains/keeps the region and the Lord will be ranked Lord Paramount You will no longer be able to be warred for officiality -If you LOSE: Your house loses the region and the Lord will be demoted from Lord Paramount You can be warred for officiality You may have to swear fealty to the Lord you lost to, if he so wishes YOU CAN NOT BE EXECUTED FOR LOSING A LORD PARAMOUNTCY WAR Independence Wars -Information: If a Lord Paramount declares his region independent, the Crown has the right to war said Lord Paramount to bring the region back under his control and into the Seven Kingdoms. -War Setup: First to 3 Allies can assist -If the Crown WINS: The formerly independent region is brought back into the Seven Kingdoms and under the King’s control The losing Lord may have to swear fealty if the King so wishes YOU CAN NOT BE EXECUTED FOR LOSING AN INDEPENDENCE WAR -If the Crown LOSES: The region keeps its independence and the Lord can continue to recognize himself as the King of that specific region Crown Wars -Information: Once a Lord possesses a region, he is entitled to war the Crown for the Iron Throne, as long as the grace period has passed. If you are caught scheming to rebel during a grace period, the crown reserves the right to execute you. -War Setup: First to 5 Allies can assist -If you WIN: You gain control of the Seven Kingdoms and are promoted to King You may begin choosing your ‘Hand’, and Small Councilmen -If you LOSE: The Crown has the right to have you swear fealty to them, or they can execute you if they so wish You may retreat to your region to avoid being executed by the Crown
