Manager:
- Has the permission to view the *Complaint center* for any complaints of the Staff or Guests. If there's a complaint tell it to the President, CEO or Dev's, so they can improve the game. But if you see a video or screenshot, that you clearly see a Staff misusing their powers, you have the permit to fire or suspend them based on the situation.

- Manager will have Admin in the Training center and Interviews. We have a training schedule. Please attend to Host as much as possible. You will now have access to change peoples "Group Rank".
- Check on all the trello boards(Once in a while), and take action if a Staff member is abusing or being a bad worker.
-Demote,fire, or promote Staff if necessary(Except Management ranks), such as Supervisor, Managers etc.
- Check Applications, Trainings, and Interview boards on trello(Once in a while), and promote Trainees or Hotel Guests who are on the "PASSED" List.
- Review Applications: Same rules applies like Junior Manager, but instead you have a MINIMUM of 10 Applications to review per day. If they passed by meeting all the expectations, you can just rank them immediately.
-Give warnings to bad workers, after 3 you can decide what their punishment will be.
Senior Manager:
- Check on all the trello boards(Often), and take action if a Staff member is abusing or being a bad worker.
- Check Applications, Trainings, and Interview boards on trello(Often), and promote Trainees or Hotel Guests if they passed.
- Demote, fire, or promote Staff if necessary.
- Checks to see if Managers, including Supervisor are following their responsibilities as given, such as hosting Trainings+Interviews, reviewing applications, checking complaint center etc.
-Give warnings to bad workers, after 3 you can decide what their punishment will be.
- Deal with complaints about the group.
Chief Security Officer:
- Guarantee overall Security is at it's best when at the Hotel.. Also, Security Staff maintaining the best possible Security there is.
- Check Audit log(Often) for abusing HR's.
- Make sure every Staff is following ALL the rules of the group.
- Kicking possible bots from the group.
- Do a random log check of all the groups places(Once in a while), to see if Staff are abusing powers, or breaking the rules of the group etc, such as being a bad worker etc. If this happens, you need to demote,suspend, or possibly fire them asap depending on the severity of the situation.
- Using Glock when appropriate.

Operations Manager:
- Making sure the Hotel is run in service 24/7 (Note: It doesn't mean you have to be awake for 24 hours).
- Make sure Managers are following their duties and responsibilities as given, everyone is on task+productive, and no Staff are abusing their powers.
- Make sure all typeof service is provided to Guests, such as Food, Room service etc.
