Any good Developer would know this is a horrible trade. 10k is roughly 100 dollars. 100 dollars for a game you put hours and hours into, working day and night... for 100 dollars? If you're that desperate, you're no developer. Don't accept his offer. You can make more profit and be more happy with yourself to see your game all the way through.
