Game fails to load

I've uninstalled ROBLOX studios and ROBLOX player twice now, and reinstalled. I've also updated my PC. Yet, my game graphics still will not load. I've just about given up. What else can I do? - Add 23k

Try a factory reset on your device that is what helps me with most of my problems and if you do not want to lose and stuff on the device then back it up on to something else hope this helped a little bit.

Also your computer may be just too old. If it worked before a few years and now it's don't that probably it.

PC is windows ten and graphic's driver has been updated. Still won't work. Update: I noticed my sound also doesn't work (music doesn't, but I deaths and steps). - Add 23k

I've tried it on both of my computers, a windows 8 laptop and a windows 10 *Which I am using right now* It won't work at all, it's highly annoying. My windows 10 is also pretty new, so I don't see my own computer being the problem.

PCs are slower than most computers. If your rich buy a mac. Mac's are on e of the fastest computers.. Otherwise try reconnecting to wifi. it may be that your computer is in control by someone else. Try scanning for signs of being hacked Or there is a virus. Or its simply just a bug in your ROBLOX system ENGLAND IS MY CITY

Just saying mac was not made for gaming experience it was made for work and lots more programs if you have a windows it can nearly run anything up to your standards.
