RO Software is a game development studio that aims to build games based around community fun rather than cosmetics, pay2win/pay2play conditions, or clickbait marketing. We should take pride in our games and put commitment and effort towards them. If you want to join, do note you may NOT be paid ANYTHING, as 100% of our group funding goes towards paying for outside assets (clothing, etc), or full-on advertisement. Most of the competent devs on this forum want to be paid, you most likely have little to no chance of finding a good game dev who will "WORK" for free.
