Go on settings>Info>Scroll down to Personal. If you mean locked as in the code you can put, then I'm not to sure on how you'd get rid of this, best bet is to email roblox. "I am no sooner spoken, than broken. What am I?"

you have to go to settings then u verfie your email check your email and verfie it on roblox then u check if you do what u said message me back if more help.
