Rule #1: Does the Staff member, have good grammar? Act professional? Have good work ethics? Are they active? Did they follow their duties and responsibilities as given? If so, go ahead and promotion them with a bit of a surprise!:) NOTE: The higher the rank, the better quality those all should be.. Rule #2: Senior Manager can ONLY promote Supervisors - Manager. They are to look for Supervisors who know the basics of management and their duties, also are responsible+worthy enough to move on to Manager. Rule #3: You must always explain to them about their fresh new tasks and responsibilities of their rank, all the rules of the Hotel, and invite them to any trello links if necessary (Note: Different for each MR+ rank) Rule #4: Quiz them on all the stuff you explained to them in "Rule #3". Rule #5: Before promoting a fellow Staff member to HR, they should know some knowledge of how to host Trainings and Interviews in the most highly skilled - utmost manner. They should also be upmost, mat are, professional, active, and responsible.
