(repost from RND) Every single time I work on a project, the positions of bricks shift EVER so slightly. I've found that this always happens when rotating or moving objects. With anchored models, this doesn't faze me, but with models that require surface welds, they're incredibly annoying. I'm building an F1 car right now and when connecting the front axle and back axle together, they wouldn't stick onto the connector plate. I checked the y-value of their positions, and there I found the issue. The position went down from 2.5 to 2.438. It should have been impossible for the value to go down by such a small increment - the smallest stud size I used for resizing and moving was 1/8. Not only is the position of objects affected, but also their rotation. Time and time again I've found parts with rotation (0,0,89.999). I've had this issue for a few years now.
