In order to get the "Interviewer" rank+ In Vendal Cafe, You must go to Vendal Cafe to get the INT+ Test. This will test what you know to do with this rank, You CANNOT have to get this rank. If you do have safechat, You will stay the rank you currently are until you don't have it. Once you don't have safechat, You can ask to be given the INT+ Test again. The person to do so has to be: Cheif Development Team+ Rank. If you ask a rank below that. They will just be fired for trying to give you the test under-ranked.

If you pass the test, You will automatically be ranked to: Interviewer. You can work really hard and get up to: Supervisor, You will be able to ask someone to give the test, But you yourself may not be able to give it. You won't be able to rank people. The only rank you can rank people up on is: Cheif Development Team. Any other rank that is above it or below it CANNOT Rank up.

If you are the right rank to give the test, Here are the questions you will give:
[1]. What is you're job to do with rank: Interviewer?
[2]. What are the questions you say as an Interviewer? (If you don't know, Ask me for a list of them.)
[3]. How are you suppost to do your job?
[4]. (Fact) When you are interviewing, If the person gets Up to 3 Questions wrong, You must fail them.
[5]. Finished.
