The new updates allows you only to be interview for the ranks "Crew member" you can only be trained for the ranks "Senior crew member, Junior crew member, and security" Now how do you get higher ranks you ask well you must work hard be active and show respect to all HRS and work hard at all times you will most likely get a promotion. But training for high ranks arent out of the picture you can get private training which has been given permission from chairman to train for HR.
