I resign from TC after a long and rather tough but fun 10 months. I resign as grand general and its not out of hatred or any other factor simply just because I finally found someone to take my spot and actually not abandon TC. I don't have time for multiple clans right now and leading TC really lost me motivation in terms of doing clans. Tadcool is glorified for nothing whilst I was seen and considered as useless while I was a officer and beginning high rank in TC. I had made sure TC stay organized when I was active and the month I decided to go inactive sure enough, TC died. I set plans to revive TC and sure enough somewhat did, I'm not resigning out of any reason and PsychologicalTactics may be thinking he caused this but the only thing he caused was his clan's own pathetic date. He was a friend of mine that joined TC one day and actually got active and later on became a high rank then later on my right hand man and he led our officer academy and managed officers whilst I did everything else. He was a very disobedient high rank and can't lead for anything thus explaining his leeching clan. He knows very little of actual leading as he couldn't even get officers to host 2 trainings a week or change a rule within OA that would allow for students to host events. He not only was a power hungry, disobedient, bad leader overall. He caused so much drama, he would cause problems with high ranks over small things like spawning a person who needed a refresh instead and would cause problems because he wasn't allowed to AA at official events. He would always excessively tag and spammed the call features on ####### whether it be a usual complaint or just so you can tell him good job over something completely useless. I only kept him around since he made his own OA rather than use the ones we had set up for him and I wanted to gain control of those as I knew he would do that but I didn't make it in time. He left because I demoted him before and literally DMed every HR/officer to BEG ME to return his rank which was only for 8 hours.sure enough I have him his rank as I had too him I hours prior, he left over another problem he started and he didn't get his way again and what he did after that is just saddening to whole new levels. He left and shutdown OA and the ####### which had failed since all he would do is complain because he didn't get enough power he didn't need. He apparently made a pact with LRs that if anyone of them left TC they would all leave. Let me keep you updated with what this man does. He targets girls, becomes friends With them, ODs them and moves on. Sure enough he ODed before with a TC member where she was 3 years younger and he forced her into it (he is 19). Ok and sure enough the pact had girls in there blah blah and a couple of TC HRs and LRs and in return for them leaving a lot of them were put in his clan's chain of command like 4ic 5ic and eh. I removed his admin from everywhere and still AAed us at a patrol at our recruitment center and tried to raid our ####### but the very system he complained about stopped him from doing what he wanted to happen. I had made it to where no roled people couldn't see any sort of channels unless they got roled and they can only see our permission request channel, he used an old TC invite link to the ####### and told his clan to raid it and failed at even that, he stole some tech and still recruits from us as of now. These aren't even all the things he did and does. I'll leave his story at that, he doesn't deserve the attention he wants and he can't spam my calls or spam tag me here. You may call me a bad leader, Let's see you run a meme clan with a terrible member base and nothing to show off in any way and make it last for nearly a year there was no leader or anything it was just me and I led everything. also (Of all experienced people in TC, why rav? Not judging here ,but he was only in TC for so long, no offence rav)

I don't really know who you are, but you were noticeable at the time when iiShadow use to be in TC. I didn't read the entire paragraph but to be honest Plastic you should've resigned from TC much earlier. |
