During my time in the Vaktovian Army Corps I wasn't very good at combat in general. It wasn't until I left and eventually joined CSP that I realized part of what VAC did wrong here. What I have found is that the best way to get better at guns is to practice in raids. This not only helps by keeping one hooked on the clan and guns in general, but it also adds vital experience. What VAC does wrong is making it less common for L2s to get picked for raids. What ends up happening is that L2s end up going to boring trainings and end up losing interest in the group and leaving. A good remedy would be to make L2s and L3s be picked equally as often and leaving other ranks out, especially for unimportant raids.
tl;dr: L2s ought to be picked more for raids because raids seem to be the best way to improve at guns.

The problem with this is, VAC's are garbage in skill. And then VAK will win 0 raids, they already lost most cause they are terrible at raiding, but they have a better chance with the least VAC's. |

Hahaha, pleb you are just as bad as I am, my reason was forum behavior. I'd tell em you were my inspiration but I don't really look up to lonely nerds that sit behind their computer screening CnG, bombarding it with their anger because real life is hitting them hard.
I don't take inspiration from someone that needs to act out of order, needs to pretend and that needs to build in order to gain favor from other people. But I guess you don't know what it's like to have real friends that don't want something from you.
