Trainee: Beginner rank, for new staff.
Receptionists: Experienced in welcoming guest, and checking them in and checking them out.
Housekeeping: helps clean out guest rooms, and make sure the hotel is tidy and clean.
Concierge: helping guest with any concerns or questions, the concierges are always there to help, and solve problems.
MR RANKS:
Head of concierges: Much more experienced with helping guests, and concerns, and problems at the hotel. At this rank, they should memorize the staff handbook.
Interviewers: interivew guest, and help at the hotel.
Supervisors: Always prepared to help at the hotel. They make sure guest are loving there experience and helping lower rank staff if needed.
Catering Team: Begginer rank at helping with meetings, or hosting events and parties.
HR RANKS:
Head of Catering Team: This rank controls the events and all of the parties that are hosted.
Managers: They mostly control on what’s happening at the hotel, they can ban, or kick people and lock servers.
Development team: they are the developers of the hotel.
Human Resources: This rank is the head of any questions or concerns at the hotel, they can host meetings and more.
Executive mangers: Controls the entire Hotels including vice chairman, and above.
