How do I make an LED lights like in Airplane?

LED lights, like in airplane, where you can change the light colors in game, like most Flight Roleplay, their plane has LED lights. Send the model below.. or.. etc. You have to type in game what ever color you want or touch it... and this is additional like fading transitions changing colors.

Just use a part, make it neon, then script a gui for when you click textbutton, it changes brickcolor of part. idk if thats what you're asking for tho

Search for dynamic lighting in the wiki. Look at PointLight in particular.

I would think you would use a neon part, then a billboard GUI. Not too good at building though
