SPT & Representative dudemaker2 has proven to be against improvement in the State of Docklands and has even gone to go great measures to ensure so. Since he was elected as Speaker Pro Tempore, he has failed to fulfill his duties such as hosting House Sessions. Once Chief Justice 1superchris & Associate Justice Lyoxic issued & ordered a Writ of Mandamus on dudemaker2 requiring him to host a House session, he fought the Constitutional Writ and even claimed to host a session to prove the Supreme Court wrong. This kind of deception is not what we want in our State. He has proven his corruption also, by ignoring court issued writs. Furthermore, he unconstitutionally hosted Speaker Pro Tempore elections whilst he himself assumed the duties of the Speaker of the House. C.I.VI states the following;
“The Speaker Pro Tempore shall be responsible for presiding over the House of Representatives in the Speaker of the House’s absence and may preside over special sessions and impeachments.” Due to the fact that the Speaker of the House Monaldo resigned, dudemaker2 does not become “Acting Speaker of the House” as the Constitution mandates & states that in the absence of the Speaker, the Speaker Pro Tempore presides over the House, allowing the Speaker Pro Tempore to preside sessions and impeachments. But NOT host an election for Speaker Pro Tempore, this election would mean that there would be two Speaker Pro Tempores & one would not be legal. Furthermore, when Speaker Pro Tempore dudemaker2 had commenced the unconstitutional election for Speaker Pro Tempore, Lieutenant Governor Monaldo was still Speaker as he had not resigned from his position. Speaker Pro Tempore was THEN found contempt of court by Chief Justice 1superchris2, we cannot let this continue follow Representatives.

This Expulsion if passed in the House of Representatives will see to removal of dudemaker2 from the office of Speaker Pro Tempore & as a Representative in the General Assembly.
