Credit to Xxiamawesome for having th exam portion of the idea. After Senior Managers get reccomended by HRs and promoted by a General Manager+, they will NOT be a Shift Manager right away. They will be a Shift Manager In Training. You might be wondering the reason for this. I'm doing this so Shift Managers get properly trained and take a proper exam to ensure they fit our standards. Here is how the training will rule out. Once promoted, they will be a Shift Manager In Training. Then, they will have to contact a General Manager+ to train them. If the General Manager gets suspended, leaves the group, gets fired, ect. The trainee will get a new trainer and redo the entire training. This might sound rediculous, but this is so the new trainer knows what the Shift Manager has learned, and so they can ensure they know the material. The Training lasts for a week. On the first day, your trainer will tell you the requirements of being an HR. And what we expect from you. On the second day, your trainer will tell you the commands that are AA and acceptible commands. They'll run through when and how you can use them. On the third day, your trainer will teach you how to handle scenairos like staff arguements, someone abusing, trollers, and staff being disrespectful. On the fourth day, your trainer will tell you when you CAN promote and when you CANNOT promote. Like if someone is working hard, and how do you know they are. Or how to demote and suspend properly. On the sixth day, your trainer will teach you how to suspended and the proper time for it. They'll also teach you about bans and how to properly ban someone. On the last day, your trainer will teach you how to host interviews, trainings, and meetings. After that, your trainer will contact the Vice Chairwoman or Chairman so they can give the student the proper exam. From there, they'll decide if they passed. If so, your trainer will promote you. Here is the reason for this, We want to properly train our HRs so they know what we expect and what to do. We do not just want any Shift Manager or HR. Signed, noahnark35- Chairman. Signed, XXIAmAwesome1234_6 - Vice Chairwoman. Signed, van essa - Vice Chairwoman. *TRAINERS, YOU WILL BE ALLOWED TO USE THIS GUIDE TO TRAIN YOUR SHIFT MANGAGERS IN TRAINING!*
