Did vehicle seats change?

Did I do something? I can't drive simple vehicles anymore. The W, A, S, D, Up Arrow, and Down Arrow keys don't register in the seat, so I can shift left and right using the arrow keys. Vehicle seats determine key selection based off of movement, not actual key selections. I have my own control script and have disabled the original control script, thus changing how I move.
