Staff Code Of Conduct
We have created the Staff Code of Conduct to help enforce our rules of Avien.

Section #1: Behavior
All employees of Avien are to respect each other, use grammar and be professional when around customers or other workers - this ensures that our workers are setting a nice and friendly workplace atmosphere that is comforting.This means that any form of disrespect, bullying, or harassment will not be tolerated whether you are speaking to a troller,employee or a customer. If you are caught breaking any of these sanctions, your position here at Avien will be questioned as to whether you should stay or be fired by the Board of Directors. If you are caught trolling or causing drama at any allied groups you will be fired without a shadow of a doubt.

Section #2 : Responsibility
We believe that all employees of Avien are responsible for the actions that they take and their choices that they make. A worker of Avien is responsible for their own activity, behavior and more. If you break the rules and fail to do your job you will be fired.
