Hello, I am commanderRyne, long time player of ROBLOX. I remember when I was new and how hard it was for me to build and do things that are considered easy on ROBLOX. After much experience and after creating some of the coolest places on ROBLOX, I think I have more than enough experience to help you out. Just state the problem, your question and how you wan't me to help and I promise you that me or my team will get to your question in seconds. Don't be embarrased, ROBLOX professionals are here to help you!

Well I built a float, (It's in my models.) And, well, I can't figure out how to build a car and then drive it. None of the drive tools I've tried have worked so far. So basically my question is, How do I build a car and then drive it?

That would go under scripting. See, building the car is the easy part but scripting it is different. To make a car, add a flat board on the bottom, a seat, wheels and then of coarse make it a model.

Well, scripting is rather large to post in this topic. I would read the ROBLOX wiki if I were you. Thats you best chance of learning. To script, you must be patient. Scripting is another word for programming. Good luck and if there are anymore questions, you know where to go.

Hello Commander, your last post was a long time ago, and i'm not sure if you'll reply, but, I need help with a brick... I don't know how to make them flatter, like for a sidewalk. I've tried selecting and editing it's properties to adjust it's size less than 1.2 in height, or z value, or whatever. But it doesn't go lower than 1.2, is there away to make a brick flatter without using a model that has been already made? Thank you

Dirrick, you may join my building help team. Just help others on my topic. And yes, I will continue to help. You cannot shrink it any further. Thats the smallest it goes. However, if you want it to look more realistic you can make the side walk first and fill in extra space around it with grass or something. Your call.

Ahh, thank you, I was wrong about the thing where you posted along time ago... lol, I was looking at when you joined... :P. But one more question, would you know how the people made the sidewalk models in the firstplace? Oh and another (sorry) can you use scripting to make bricks smaller?

I don't believe so. It is very hard to make it smaller and I really don't remember anyone able to accomplish it becuase it blends into the other models.

Easy, just drag a box around the model with your mouse, make it a model and then anchor the model.

1: Make your model. It can consist of whatever, even custom decals. 2: Group your model. This can be done by clicking and dragging a selection box around all the blocks you want to save. Then, press Control and G at the same time, and it will take all of the blocks that you have selected and group them, so you can move the entire thing as one. 3: You may have noticed in the Explorer tool bar that a bunch of bricks became one thing. Click on the one labeled "Model". This should select the model that you made. 4: (Optional) Open the Properties window, with the model selected. In this window, you will see several little rows. Ignore all but the one named "Name" for now. Click on the name (currently "Model") and type in what you want to call this model. 5: There, your masterpiece is ready. Right click on the model you just named and click "Save to Roblox". A new window will appear, and you can fill in the name and a short description of it. You can also select if you want it to be public or not. This means whether or not other people can use your model. Normally you want the fame of a cool model, so go ahead and click this check box. 6: Click OK and you are done! You can go to your profile and look at your model Piece of cake.
