need help finding old roblox account

so i wanna find one of my old roblox accounts but i have forgotten the u.s.e.r. and word,pass (roblox safechat doesnt like the word i want to use) over the years. i do know the e.m.a.i.l. though and want to know if i can recover it using just that.

If the account is verified, then log into your email account until you find one that was sent by ROBLOX. In that email, your username should be attached to it. This is time consuming, but I'm sure it'll be faster than emailing ROBLOX
