What about power-ups, so in crate (the yellow boxes) sometimes you could get a power up like a speed boost, health boost or even power boost.
You could even make armour ranks. Noob - God or something, and as you rank up, the armours get better giving you more health and a permanent boost

Throwing daggers that do little damage when thrown at player but if you get a poisoned dagger game p4ss you can slowly drain the other players health when thrown. Also make a fire throwing dagger that makes a fire path and kills other players. All daggers have a cool down the special ones have a longer cool down. |

A really cool teleportation gear that you can use to teleport behind your enemy and can only be used every 20 seconds as the match could go forever if you keep teleport a lot behind your enemy sense they couldn't hit you. This is why I think that should be a good idea! |

I think there should be a system where the higher level you are the more money or xp you earn after each round and then eventually prestige. Idk

There should be a afk mode, a little fighting area in the lobby while people wait for the round to be over, voting for maps, round disasters like in your lava map you could have the lava slowly start to rise forcing players to fight instead of running |

Once you get higher ranks you get more weapons but a little bit less money so it's harder to buy them. You should also add Gadgets that would help and advance the game and players. Gadget example - Some spells, grenades (different kind), and some gear ability's! Also good luck with it!

And also there could be a practice mode for new players. Maybe a warm up match for people to warm up?

Add a set.
i.e. You can buy x armour with its weapon counterpart.
Add mythical armour and sword.
Add overseer armour and bow.
Add galactic sword and armour.
Add santa apparel.

i think that you should add Beams behind a weapon when you attack, so if your throwing an object, it would follow it and if you were attacking with say a sword, it would go with it - im not good at explaining sorry :P

Ideas:
Armor; Gives extra protection and strength.
A shop at a lobby; Buy better armor, etc.
Power Ups; You can add power-ups to your maps so players won't get killed as easily.
A chance upgrade thing; Makes it so that you get a higher chance of getting a better
weapon
Coins; You can add coins for players to run around and collect. They can use them to
upgrade their chances(if added) or use them at shop.
Gems; The best currency in the game. You can try to make a system where if a player
gets over music 500 coins, or something like that, they can convert it into gems, then
could use those gems to buy better, amazing, powerful things.
These are all the ideas I can come up for now. I'll come back later with more ideas to
help out with your new game, as I've seen on the internet how you're working on it.
