If you have windows, try using Roblox from the Windows Web Store. That way might be a solution for you. Hope this works.

It's not the devs at fault, it's Roblox. They did an update and now some people ain't able to join games. Don't blame the devs it is Roblox at fault.

Devs don't have control over Roblox website, only Roblox them selfs do. All devs do is made games and upload them to the site, but the joining a game process is controlled by Roblox. Roblox did an update on the 26/11/2017 and ever since then some people ain't been able to join games beause of the Roblox update that Roblox did not the devs
