This is a new, refreshing contest for the employees of Nando's.
We've recently implemented an *activity system* to monitor each employee's activity.
I hereby begin with the prize of the contest, which is:
Waiters - 3,000R$
Cashiers - 3,000R$
Chefs - 2,500R$
GRAND WINNER - 5,000R$
Now, what is this contest?
We'll be testing each department's activity. The top 3 from each department (waiters, cashiers, chefs) will win and split the prize given to their department.
For example, if RafDev, Atolla and Alwayss_Watching are waiters and they've won, they will split 5,000R$ between themselves.
Not only activity is considered in this contest but also commitment and dedication. Our MRs have been briefed to wander about the restaurant looking for dedicated employees and noting them down.
There will be ONE grand winner, who is the most dedicated and active employee, who will win 5,000R$ *TO HIMSELF*.
Summing it up: be active, be dedicated, stand out from the other employees and you'll not only earn those prizes but also win a great reputation in the Executives Board which will probably lead to your promotion.
Winners will be announced on Friday 8th, December 2017.
