Its not inherently a skill that coders have though. You should post this in game design instead.

As a person that experience in Java, C#, C, Lua, and SQL I now have the ability to make lasagna. All I'm saying is that maybe you'd like to look elsewhere for animators because you probably won't find an animator here.
