The First Order Imperial Intelligence is one of the more well-known divisions of The First Order. Imperial Intelligence consisted of 3 branches, the Imperial Security Bureau, Imperial Court, and Imperial Intelligence Service.
The Imperial Security Bureau (ISB), the public branch known as Imperial Security Services or simply Imperial Security, was a law enforcement and internal intelligence organization of the First Order under Supreme Leader Snoke. Based in the massive ISB Central Office on Imperial Center, it was separate from, larger than, and often rival to Internal Intelligence. The ISB is in charge of monitoring all enlisted and lower ranking officers in the First Order. Any violations of the Imperial Law will result in imprisonment and possibly court.
The Imperial Court (I.C.) was the collective body of high-ranking Imperial officials with close ties the Supreme Leader. Members of the Court were considered the political, military and social elite of the Order. Imperial Court members decide the punishments of officers who violate the Imperial Law in an Imperial Court.
The Internal Intelligence Service (IIC) consisted of agents that are tasked with monitoring the internal security of the First Order. Members of the IIC monitored camera systems, alarms, and initiated lockdown sequences in-case of a breach.
Chain of Command -
L0 ###onsidered an agent in training with no power whatsoever and must stick with any Level 2+ members of II.
L1 -##rained agents of II who are under the command of anyone ranked higher but are more independent than agents in training.
L2 - Basic agents who are completely independent, under the command of higher-ranking members, but not able to command Level 0 and 1 members.
L3 - Senior agents with experience in Intelligence that are capable of leading lower ranked agents and able to train Level 0 agents.
L4 - Even higher ranking agents that have shown great skill in leadership and combat prowess. Level 4 personnel are in charge of overseeing the training of lower ranking agents.
L5 - Level 5 agents can only be ordered by officers in the First Order unless the level 5 agent outranks the officer. Can assist in operations.
L6/L7 - Composed of the highest II ranked personnel, Level 6 agents lead Imperial Intelligence and oversee all lower ranks. Can launch operations.
L8 - Directors have complete power over the hierarchy of Imperial Intelligence and only take orders from Supreme Leader Snoke, Kylo Ren, and General Hux.
