As of today, 12/2/17, spawnkilling has been declared illegal.
Spawnkilling is defined as killing of an individual while spawning, being spawned, or just spawned.
This goes for ALL teams, including Civilian, CPD, EMS, F D ETC. This is a suspendable, demoteable, Kickable, and Server Bannable offence. If it has been done multiple times, it is a PERMANENT BAN. Signed, DustyPail
