How do you make a model speak anything you type?

I want to make a pet that follows you around, and on your screen there is a bar that says: Type speech here! When you press it you type anything you want, and the pet says it. (Kind of like Dizzy Purple's pets on Beach House Roleplay.)If you know how to make something like that please let me know!

Well, you'd need to understand how to translate strings into phonetics! That's really difficult to do. You'd have to play a sound at different pitches to make a word.
