Problems joining a ROBLOX game

Whenever I join a roblox game, 70% of the time it A. Disconnects or slows my wi-fi B. Keeps me in an infinite floating skybox Any reason why/how and how to fix it?

i used to have that problem all the time, and it's not a problem with roblox, it's your wifi. i used to have an internet provider and i had both problems for months, and when we switched to a new provider, all the problems went away and i connected almost immediately. either upgrade your wifi or get a new provider is all i can say. best of luck!
