Hello, I have a question. If a place owner closes down their game and swaps it to another place and doesn't want to refund or let us keep our gamepasses in the new place even though he can, is it reportable for scam?

I'm not sure if I made it clear but here's the story. So, the place owner decided to move his place because it was getting too many thumbs down and he told us that there will be new gamepasses and the gamepasses from the old game will not be able to be used in about a week which is very unfair since a few of us have spent over thousands of robux on those gamepasses and a few of us have recently purchased it, this he is aware of.

No, it is not a scam. It is your choice to spend your robux ## ##### ###### and your choice to put your trust into them. They are free to change anything they sent about their game, as long as it is not inappropriate and does not ask for scout info (read roblox community guidelines for more info: https://en.help.roblox.com/hc/en-us/articles/203313410-Roblox-Community-Rules)
