This isn't what you probably think, I'm trying to make my own application that people will fill out, but i'm kind of stuck on what to put for all of the questions. So far I have Notable clan experience, why they wanna be in the position, what they think they can bring to the high command bla bla bla But that can't be it, there needs to be more.

throw in some scenarios, that's always a safe way out "how would you handle a situation where member a. does x to member b. ?"
