British Airways Training Guidelines By : Av################ RheynAngelo     To trainees, and trainers, please make sure that when you (Trainer)     train a trainee, make sure that he understands these points.  • Our group operates at GMT+8 and SGT. We are usually sleeping and inactive at night time. (Some of our Staffs Have other Timezone). Trainers must watch out for the following in training trainees.  • Trainee's must have good grammar at all times.  • Trainee's must always have control in themselves and be disciplined.  Training Process Day 1 • Introduced to British Airways, fleet, airports, and high ranks. • Rules, What to do and what not to do. • Discipline & Responsibility at work. Day 2 • Discuss the tasks of your desired position, and discuss about the position itself. • Learn the parts of our aircraft (Roblox) • Discuss being a professional, and having grammar at work. • Practice Skills (ex: Captain trainees, get to practice by flying today & FA's ####t###ractice by serving, and doing FA things.)  Day 3 • Trainer gets to teach any other things not listed in here, that will be good for the trainees future in this airline. • Learn Simple Air Traffic Control • Practice Skills (ex: Captain trainees, get to practice by flying today & FA's#### ###practice by serving, and doing FA things.) Day 4 • Short Recap of what was learned the previous days • Final Test If a trainee fails the final test, they will be promoted back to passenger, and it is the trainers choice to give him a second chance at the final test.
