Sound Scripting Problem :P

Hello Guys, im having trouble with inserting Sound into my game i know everything possible about the Sound. but i was wondering if it was LocalScript or Script??? someone help just need an answer thats all... Crystal ಠ_ಠ

LocalScript: Only one player can here it if you use Sound:Play() ServerScript (Normal Script): Everyone can here it.
