They are scared of raiding the TSL base. They've backed out 6 times now and keep trying to get us to raid their mess of a base instead. They've even backed out on a scheduled time.

Every clan out there just updates their base when they lose. It actually makes them dependent on advantages which also just makes the clan as a whole weaker (since they refuse to challenge themselves).
Many superclans are guilty of that since they need to compete with elitism.
Just look at Fort Vulcan.

We shutdown in September but I understand that's a high number of days. I wouldn't have that high of expectations for your kind to be able to count that high.
