What time zone are interviews/ trainings in? – All interviews and trainings are in GMT.
How do I get promoted? – By working selflessly, and not attempting to impress high ranks. If anything, this will decrease your chances of promotion.
MY TRAINING/ INTERVIEW WAS CANCELLED! – Sometimes this happens, and we are sorry for that. Make sure not to get caught out, you can keep up to date with the group Disxcord and the group shout.
I have footage of someone admin abusing! – Please send this to a HR on Disxcord so they can review the footage.
How do trollers get away with more than me?!? – Sometimes a large amount of trollers can be quite overwhelming, staff will however attempt to deal with this the beast they can.
I feel like staff have been rude to me… - This is probably not the case, you are more than justified to ask the staff why they have said what they have to you.
