Manager:
- Has the permission to view the *Complaint center* for any complaints of the Staff or Guests. If there's a complaint tell it to the President or CEO so they can improve the game. But if you see a video or screenshot, that you clearly see a Staff misusing their powers, you have the permit to fire or suspend them based on the situation.

- Manager will have Admin in the Training center and Interviews. We have a training schedule. Please attend to Host as much as possible. You will now have access to change peoples "Group Rank".
- Check on all the trello boards(Once in a while), and take action if a Staff member is abusing or being a bad worker.
-Demote,fire, or promote Staff if necessary.
- Check Applications, Trainings, and Interview boards on trello(Once in a while), and promote Trainees or Hotel Guests who are on the "PASSED" List.
- Review Applications: Same rules applies like Junior Management, but instead you have a MINIMUM of 10 Applications to review per day. If they passed by meeting all the expectations, you can just rank them immediately.
-Give warnings to bad workers, after 3 you can decide what their punishment will be.
General Manager:
- Check on all the trello boards(Often), and take action if a Staff member is abusing or being a bad worker.
- Check all trello boards to make sure Supervisor+ are not abusing, and their following the expectations of the Hotel (for their rank).
- Demote, fire, or promote Staff.
- Checks to see if Management, including Supervisors are following their responsibilities as given, such as hosting Trainings/Interviews, reviewing applications, checking complaint center etc.

- Deal with complaints about the group.
- All Staff are following their tasks and responsibilities as given.
- Check complaint center for any abusing Staff (if there's proof), and take action of necessary.

Operation Director:
- GM's are doing their task and responsibilities as given, including Staff.
- Take over the Hotel when CEO is not running it.
- Hotel if free from any exploiters, trollers, spammers, and abusers.
- Check Applications, Supervise Interview and Training sessions.
- Staff are following ALL the rules of the Group.
President:
- Write about “Serious events” that happen in the premises of the Hotel, and posting the link of the forum on “Group shout”.
- Hosting as many training's and Interviews as possible, checking complaint center etc.
- Going undercover sometimes to make sure there's nothing going wrong in the Hotel (will be how to do it by me (aka owner).
CEO:
- Checking audit logs (Once in a while), to make sure no one is botting the group nor a HR is abusing powers, such as kicking members, demoting/promoting someone without a reason etc. (Make sure to confirm that the Staff member or Guest got demoted or promoted, by checking the Complaint center and with the HR who did that action.
- Hotel is run in business 24/7 (doesn't mean you have to be awake for 24 hours).
- All Staff are following their tasks and responsibilities, and are using Grammar, Punctuation, Spelling, including professionalism.
- Checking on bad workers on 3 warnings, and taking action asap.
- ALL Rules of the Group are strictly enforced.
- Staff are following their duties and responsibilities for their rank. Also, not making too many mistakes.
- Rotate around helping EVERY Job.
- Make sure there's a good amount of Reception, Chef, Security, Housekeeping, and Customer Service; Also, at least 1 HR+ and 2 MR+ in each server. |
