As a Dev these are my jobs:
I build edit and fix you're games I may be in the group as your Dev, but not "In your group." It's not my job to Host sessions Rank or Train. That's your guys job. That's why I ask that the Rank Dev to be set apart from the LR'S MR's and HR's. I follow my own rules at my own time at my own schedule.
