[1] Basic Rules and Guidelines
Address everyone of a higher rank as “Sir” or “Ma’am” depending on the person’s gender. This is on a 3-strike warning system.
Profanity or anything that would violate the terms of service is not allowed, and engaging in it will result in an exile.
Begging or asking for training is against the rule. If you are caught, you will be on a 3-strike warning system.
We offer many languages. Please talk to an interpreter if you cannot speak English enough to pass an interview. Languages : Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Filipino, Malay.
At the 3rd warning, you will be place in the rank of [S] Suspended. If you continue your actions on the group wall, you will be at the rank of [S] Pending Exile. You will no longer be able to talk on the group wall.

Shirts that are pre-approved by HRs : Black shirts with logos on them. (Supreme, Thra#########s, etc.) All uniforms must have at least one part of black or red. Both is preferred and encouraged. If you want to dress freely, please wear our suggested uniform.

Other accessories may be worn. The pre-approved list is : Al Capwn, Classic ROBLOX Fedora, Clockwork Headphones (No Workclock), Any CW or WC Ultimate, Black or Red Branches, Beast Mode Bandana, Realistic Items that contain Red and/or Black (Must have 70% or more of black and/or red)
[3] Trainings
Trainings are when a HR+ hosts a training where people can come for a possible promotion. Only 70% of the members at the training will be chosen, due to people who are AFK. Each training will consist of one host (preferred HR+) and three co-hosts (preferred MR+). The co-hosts will be chosen by the host. The training will review basic methods. Trainings are in different sessions. This means that if there is one training, 8 will go at a time. This might be session 1. After the first session, the next 8 people go in, who make up session 2, until everyone is done with training. There will be a time chart that HR+ can edit, so people know when the trainings are.
Part 1 : Welcoming of the Trainees by the Host and Co-Host
Part 2 : Defensive Skills Test (Minimum 50##o######o##a#####Part 3 : Tactical Skills Test (Minimum 1 #o#####o##a#####Part 4 : Agility Test (Minimum 1 #o#####o##a#####Part 5 : Accuracy Test (Minimum 50##o######o##a#####Part 6 : Driving Test (Minimum 1 #o######o##a#####Part 7 : The awarding of ranks
Part 1 : Self-Explanatory
Part 2 : Defensive Skills Test. ; In this test, you will be given a pistol, and you will have to block a person with a rifle (preferably an automatic rifle) and you will have to last 30 seconds inside the circle. Your score will be the seconds remaining + an extra credit of 50 points (depending on if you killed him/her).
Part 3 : Tactical Skills Test. ; In this test, you will be given an automatic rifle and you are expected to shoot 5 rounds to your trainer. This is an automatic weapon, and if you kil####m### shoot more than 5 rounds, you will get zero points. If you shoot exactly 5 rounds, you will pass with one###i######Part 4 : Agility Test ; In this test, you will be given an obby with 4 members of your group. At least one member must make it to the end. If one member does make it to the end, all members will get 1 #o######f not, they will get 0. If 2 people arrive, 2 points will be given to everyone in the group, and so on.
Part 5 : Accuracy Test ; In this test, you will be given a shotgun, and you will be expected to shoot someone running away. If you kil####m### less than 30 seconds, you get 100 points. If you kil####m###ss than 15 seconds, you will be given 500 points. Extra credit may be added for good behavior only for this test.
Part 6 : Driving Test ; In this test, you will be given a regular car and you will have to drive it from the prison to the criminal base in less than 5 minutes. If you do not pass this, you will get 0 points. If you pass, you will get a point.
