Won't let me upload my shirt texture.

I have Builders Club and I use Microsoft Paint to make my shirts on a Windows Vista computer, but when I try to upload my shirt texture it says: "ERROR: We were unable to create the requested item. Please verify that you are using a valid texture template and try again." Please help!

ypu might not have got the template the right way, heres some instructions ok go to create (shirts or pants it dosnt matter you can use both for either) then click on the part that says pants(or shirts) template, after that right mouse click the template and press, save as NOTE: you CANNOT i repeat CAN NOT just copy and paste it wont work!

i did that and it still says "we are unable to use this please try again" or something like that. i still wont let me. they havent banned making it or something have they?

I used to have that problem. I figured out it was because I saved my pictures as the wrong image format. You may want to check and see if what you're saving your shirts as are compatible with ROBLOX. I suggest using .PNG format, myself.

OK, what's happening here is that the pixels MUST be 585x559 or else it won't work. Check the info and make sure it's size is 585x559, and if it isn't then figure out how to adjust it.

I tried the same thing, pixels, save then paint all of it doesn't work. I have spent a ton of time making my clothes and now I can't upload them.

This is kind of late, but, I also have a problem with this. I was to upload a shirt and it always says 'content deleted'. Its REALLY annoying! How do I upload my shirt? It's nothing inappropriate.

Hi , I got BC like two days ago, I make my stuff on paint and I made a shirt and it worked and it worked with pants to but now I make new more clothes it's says error did you use the template when I am and I am for the right things it's bugging me as I wanna make clothes any help ?

Yeah, everything that I try to upload with is right size, right format and everything, and then I waste my time, saying "Upload failed. Did you use the template?" and I'm like I USED THE TEMPLATE FOR 2 HOURS COME ON
