Species name:Equino
Diet:Omnivore(Eats both plants and meat)
Type:Water,But they occasionally go onto land for migrations from their saltwater home to freshwater.
Appearance:In water: Looks like a log when not moving but in motion looks a lot like a... Well a log with a fish face and fins. Older ones get hardly visible black splotches in some places...
On land: Same as water but fins act as legs.
Abilities:Perfect camoflauge,Has a special fin on their heads that allows electric current to be shot at their target.(Kind of like a lightning ball)Will not kill but
will stun.
The Equino were starting their yearly migration,nothing much usually happens.
This time was different though. This time they were going much further than usual because of a food shortage in the Tipnio River,their usual migration point.
Near the end of the day they saw it.
The huge (I mean HUGE like the size of half of Connecticut.) Lake which was their new migration spot.
With a few quiet and happy squeaks and growls from the pod,(Which is about 200 strong,)They leaped in and started to spread out across the lake.

The lake is too secluded and we are too deep.
I forgot to mention they can see where most others can't.
Two Equino (Yes they are like moose,their name is also their name in multiple.)See the death of one of the young,defenseless Equino and fire multiple electric balls at the Harpoon Fish,stunning it while they swim away into the darkness where most creatures would be blind. |

The Equino camoflauge themselves just in case then start feeding.
A camoflauged Equino is impossible to see except by the same species. |

I meant like a random fish,it just started moving fast for a second as if getting sucked into something,then it dissapeared.(AKA eaten by a Equino when it is invisible.) |
