Just minor weeks after the Soviet Union disbanded, Vladimir Yel'tsin becomes the President of Kazakhstan. He contacts his brothers and sister to become the leaders the countries below before his term is over.

The others succeed in the doings of Vladimir's Mission. They meet one last time and form the New United Soviet Republic. The flag is just like the Old Soviet Union, but the background is Black and the Hammer, Sickle, and Star are red. The total population is 60,000,000.

New Soviet Troops attack Afghan forces while US Troops are fighting them. At first, they think up an alliance with the NUSR, but then they realize they were attacking citizens as well. It ended up being the final battle of the Afghanistan War. It was clear what the New Soviets were doing. They were trying to dominate it.
