I fired. "I hate these guns." I whisper. They were never on target. "Men move in at that gap!" I ordered my 21 men. They ran and fired at a gap in some union soldiers. I saw them take them down. But they were being shot. They used their bayonets stabbing and lashing out at the Yanks. |
